Kate Spade Warranty Void - Purchasing from Macy!!

I bought this bag from Macys and within a couple months the toggle on the bag broke that helps keep the bag closed. I called customer service and they said they wouldn’t help me since the purchase was over 30 days. I called Kate Spade and because the bag was bought from a third party they wouldn’t honor their warranty. No I have a bag I can’t carry and secure my belongings. I spent over $300 for a bag I carried a handful of times. I’m dissatisfied with both Macys and Kate Spade. Macy’s doesn’t tell you buying. From them voids the warranty.

True Classic!

This is such a beautiful and truly unique looking and wonderful quality bag. I saw it a whole back and fell in love with it, but when I went to purchase it, it was out of stock. I continued to be hopeful and kept checking in and when I found it was available, I snatched it up! I am in LOVE with this bag!

Gorgeous Bag!

I had been looking at this bag, but decided to wait for a sale. One day while at Macy’s this bag was sitting there by herself for 50% off! I grabbed her! The bag is very well made. Clearly the Gramercy line is one of the better bags by KS. The attention to detail is amazing. The materials used are high quality. The leather is soft and malleable. The chenille fabric is also soft and beautiful. The hardware is a luxurious softer gold. And, bottom feet! The interior lining is very nice…microfiber. A good size bag…not too big, not too small. I love this bag! So unique!
