nice ringholder, bad Macy's

The ring holder itself is great. However, Macy's took a (relatively) long time to ship it, and I paid extra for it to be wrapped and with a card. The recipient I sent it to said it had none of that, and therefore did not know who it was from. They had to work backwards and called Lenox, then tried Macy's, who said they could not provide that information. My friend ended up posting on Facebook asking who sent the gift. I purposefully bought it at Macy's so that it would be wrapped nice with a card, and then it took a bit to send, and then they didn't even do that.

Other occasion to buy:It is risky to order since it is glass and the potential for it to arrive broken is there.

Disappointed

While this item might have been lovely it arrived cracked and broken in two pieces. It was a good thing that I ordered an alternative style that way perfect since I needed it for a gift.
