beautiful frame, terrible service

I bought this online and sent to a friend as a thank you gift. She loved it, and said it was absolutely beautiful. I'm very happy with the frame but not with Macy's service. They never included the gift message or gift receipt I requested, so my friend had no idea who sent it. I had to ask if she received a package, which was embarrassing. I'm not sure I will send a gift bought online from Macy's again.

Perfect for a Special Picture

I needed a frame for my son’s wedding picture, but found so many frames that are just too much. The attraction should be the picture, not the frame. This was perfect. It’s bold and special enough for a special picture without being over the top. Looks very elegant.
