Order marked delivered but never received

Be careful with online orders. I ordered a brown coat that was scheduled for delivery on December 19. I received an email saying the item was delivered, but I never received the package. I contacted customer service and was initially told the item would be reshipped. Later, I received another email stating that Macy’s had reviewed the case and would not offer a refund or replacement because they claim the package was delivered. This was very disappointing, as I never received my order.

As advertised…almost

The coat is well made, great color but is a little tight across the shoulders and back for a medium size. I’m thin so, if you’re an athletic cut, it might be a tight fit for you
