Less than a year and a main zipper broke!

I love this backpack and I bought it in part because of the warranty/guarantee. Thank goodness I found it at Macys. I’m going there tomorrow to Tarr if they’ll replace it. . They still carry it. . The company that warrantees is out of business!

Great Backpack

I love the Kenneth Cole Sophie Backpack. My only problem is that in just over a month, one of the zippers broke. I am waiting to hear back from Kenneth Cole customer service center.

Doesn't hold up to wear

I bought this about a year ago and already the outside upper seams are coming apart from strain-and I've only used it for tech items, a baseball hat. and small travel essentials. It's a bit on the heavier side because of the RFID construction but has a lot of great compartments/pockets. Attaches to a suitcase easily. The inside compartment isnt the most spacious so you cant pack much into it--but does meet European carry-on personal item measurement standards. I wish it had an easier way to add clip locks to better secure it from pickpockets during travels. Overall a decent bag but 3 stars for durability.

I love this backpack. It’s lightweight with several zippered compartments. I bought it for vacation and it worked great.
