Poorly made shoes

I love the shoe and they were very comfortable for work. But they are poorly made. The straps are ripping apart. Do no purchase. Very disappointed!

Wonderful and practical summer sandal

Over the years I have owned six pairs of these shoes in various colors. Absolutely love them. They're very versatile, going with both casual daytime outfits and nicer evening dresses. Slight heel and comfortable enough to walk in all day. Especially practical when travelling, given their light weight.

Kenneth Cole Black

Do not buy the black version of this shoe. For several years, these were excellent, but in the last 6 months all Black ones break at the straps very easily making them impossible to wear. Thinking this was a fluke, I ordered a second pair and it also broke rapidly. No problem with the navy or brown.

Shipping of online items

I have not received the item ordered. Apparently from the tracking on the Maceys app, the item was shipped via door dash. Delivery date continues to be March 7 but it is now March 11. I have had great service with many items ordered online with prompt delivery. However, I will reconsidered ever ordering from Macys again.

Straps will break

After the first use, the strap on one of the shoe broke. I took it to a shoe repair who was able to fix it and om the second use the strap on the other shoe beoke too. I bought them at a discount, but they are really really badly made. Will not buy that brand again.

Lightweight True to size

Bought these for the summer. They are very lightweight and fit snug so your toes don’t start sliding out of the front of the shoe. I love the color brown. Also got them at a great price too!
