Just opened the box and the shoes have been worn and in bad condition. There isn't a excuse for this, when they were originally returned, they should have been marked as damaged!! Now I have to take the time and return!!

Not what the picture shows.
This shoe did not match the picture. The picture showed black stitching on the shoe and I got white stitching on the shoe. I called to find out if I could get the black stitching and they said the warehouse did not have any.. I was very disappointed that it seemed like the product was misleading because I did not receive what I thought I was going to receive. The shoe is comfortable and I like the height though.

Shoe pulled apart while walking
These shoes are dangerous. I can't believe they are still making the shoe. The back strap will pull out of the sole material possibly causing a fall. I fell when the shoe broke
Weird fit

The foot bed is not comfortable but rather hard of the feet.
Disappointed in Kenneth Cole
Bought these shoes a couple of years back and was happy with them. Bought a replacement pair last month. Wore them 3 times and the straps on both shoes broke. I happened to be in Macy's and asked about returning them. Macy's associate advised that I could not return them because they were damaged. The associates suggested I contact Kenneth Cole. Contacted Kenneth Cole and was told that they would not replace them because there was no warranty on shoes and apparel. Obviously, this allows them to sell defective products with no recourse. They suggested I bring them to a shoe repair shop. Bottom line, no one stands behind these shoes. I'm very disappointed.
