Kenneth Cole Bow Flats

I love these shoes and was so excited to receive them. Unfortunately, they don't fit. I can't even walk in them because they slip off my heel. Do disappointed! Returning.

So disappointed by quality

I truly loved this shoe - they were ADORABLE. Honestly, I've been struggling for a while now with body image and these shoes actually made me feel pretty. But I wore them FOUR times - max 2 hours each time - and the back of the sole was coming apart. I wore them to my office twice, to the store once, and to dinner once. The entire back of the shoe, where the black rubber sole connects to the shoe, had huge chunks out of it. I've never had anything like this happen to KC shoes before. So sad!!!!

Reason for return

Unfortunately, when the shoe is shopped with the paper and stick inside, the shoe stretches at least another 1/2 inch. I am a true 7 1/2, so an 8 is just too big. Otherwise, it's a beautiful pair of shoes!

I ordered an 8.5 shoe they sent a 6.5 in a box that was completely destroyed, the box had 8.5 on it

Very disappointed.

The shoes were too large (7 1/2) & there was no return label in the box. I called & waited over an hour for someone to assist me. When I finally got someone in customer service, her English was so poor, we could not communicate. She told me she would send a return label which she did & I ordered a size 7. Guess what I got? Another 7 1/2! I went through the routine again with about 30 minutes for someone to answer my call. I just asked for a return label & mailed the second pair back. I am no longer interested in this shoe.
