How awful

Paid money, but didn't get the shoes, how awful. I ordered three shoes at the same time. But still didn't get this pair of shoes. Called customer service, she is very rude and let me contact UPS said they already delivered. Very disappointed for this online shopping. Give my money back or send the shoes to me!!!!! You can not running business like this!!!!

Anckel Boot

I loved the color and wanted to keep it. Unfortunately, it is very slippery and not safe to wear especially, if you are in your 60s? I think you are most likely to fall. also, it arrived in a box that is totally damaged, I have to tape it for a return.
