Dress is beautiful if only I could wear it

This is the 2nd time that I've ordered a dress online from Macys and it not only comes covered in some type of perfume (perhaps from the employee who fulfills the online orders) but it still has the EAS tag on it (security tag that has to be taken off with a special machine). I can't wear a black dress for my birthday with a giant white security tag still on it (and I ordered it online). So once again, I have to drive to Macys to return it. One time is forgiveable, twice is just neglience and bad customer service. I won't be ordering from Macy's again--it's pretty basic to be want to order clothes that are scent free and that have the security tag removed.
