worst experience

I received the motorcycle and assembled it per the instructions. I charged the batter and after charging attempted to plug it into the bike's port - the port was pushed all the way into the bike and there is no way to get to it. I wrote to customer service with pics and then nothing. It cannot be returned or put back together so I ended up throwing it all away
