Another issue with the amount of product

When I opened the foil seal, I noticed a very large whole in the product. I doubt this is due to the product settling during shipment, it looks more like the jar wasn't filled.

Hi there! Sometimes during the filling process, because of the thickness of the product, air spaces may occur which would create the appearance of an under-fill. Our products are filled by weight and it is our policy to slightly overfill to accommodate for this situation.
