Disappointed with the Texture and Packaging

I’ve been using this cream for over a year and usually buy it at Ulta Beauty with great results. However, this time I bought it from Macy’s, and the product looked very different—it was watery and oily, almost as if it had been mixed with something. The container also arrived open, which made me think it might have been used or altered. I decided to return it, and Macy’s gave me a refund, but I was really disappointed. I’ve always trusted Macy’s, so this experience was unusual and unpleasant.

Keihls creamy eye treatment

I ordered this after my long-time favorite was discontinued. I have very fair, dry skin and needed more of moisturizing effect that wouldn’t pill under my usual moisturizer or foundation. This does not disappoint. Very creamy and keeps my eyes adequately moisturized morning and night. I will definitely purchase again.

A must have!

I’ve never enjoyed an eye cream quite like this one. Once I started using this amazing product not only did my eyes like more hydrated and plumper, but my concealer stayed on better too! Makeup would always clump in the creases of my eyes, seriously not any more! An absolute essential to my beauty routine.

The perfect eye product!

Rich, nourishing and so hydrating! I absolutely love this eye cream, that I use as a mask whenever I feel my skin very dry. Love the delicate, barely there scent, and the packaging is super practical to take it everywhere with you! Amazing product!
