Formulated with crushed microshells derived from the ocean, this polishing cream helps resurface skin to minimize discolorations and small marks on the face, hands and neck. Over time, the fine lines and the size of pores will be diminished.

  • Product Features

    • Active ingredients include:
    • Micronized shells (naturally occurring crystalline silica derived from diatoms, unicellular microscopic algae; fine silica powder; a natural exfoliant to eliminate dead cells located in the epidermis or surface layer of the skin)
    • Shea butter (natural fat obtained from the fruit of the African karate tree; widely used in lotions and cleansing products for its hydrating properties; protects skin from dehydration; restores skin's suppleness; improves the appearance of dry skin)
    • Willow herb (Epilobium angustifolium; derived from a plant commonly known as fireweed or willow herb; known to have antimicrobial and soothing properties for skin)
    • How to use:
    • Dispense a nickel-size amount of the exfoliating cream into the palm of the hand
    • Using fingertips, gently apply to clean, damp skin in an upward and outward circular motion, avoiding the eye area
    • Continue treatment for approximately 30 seconds, but no more than 2 minutes, to achieve desired effect
    • Monitoring skin sensitivity closely, you may increase pressure slightly to enhance treatment results
    • With eyes closed, rinse with cool water and gently pat dry
    • To help soothe skin after treatment, we recommend using this formula in conjunction with Kiehl's Dermatologist Solutions Centella Recovery Skin-Salve

    Big NO from me!

    I wanted to love this product. In the winter, my skin gets very dry & flaky from running outdoors in the cold. The idea of a gentle exfoliating appealed to me. HOWEVER - I had a very weird experience with this product. Even though I keep the lid tightly clasped on me shower shelf, I keep finding black residue, like mold or mildew in the lid. I have never had this problem with ANY of the other Kiehl's products I use over several years! The first time it happened, I wondered if I had not closed the lid properly or???? So I cleaned it very well and tried again. The same problem reoccurred! I have several other Kiehl's products I keep on that same shelf with no issues. Is there something "organic" in the product to make this keep happening? Anyone else having this issue?

    Disappointed

    Haven’t used the face moisturizer yet, I assume it will be ok..it came with the Body Cream as a duo package..looked like a good deal, I do like the scent…..much to my surprise I didn’t read the small print and when I went to put it on, it didn’t smell like anything!!! It’s Unscented!!!! How disappointing, here I was ready for that wonderful clean fragrance after my shower and nothing!! I did get the Musk body lotion too..that is lovely, but now I’m stuck with a big jar of smells like nothing body cream..bummer! guess it’s my fault for assuming and not reading the small print!

    It really smooths my skin

    I like the results I see from this product. It’s difficult to get all the product out of the tube without cutting it in half and digging out about 7 to 8 more uses worth. I started doing this a few tubes ago and was surprised how much had been wasted.
