Keeping PRoduct
I decided to keep this product. The cap was stuck and I couldn't get it to open. When I went to UPS store the guy working there was able to get it open. So I am keeping.
Koehler Lip Balm is definitely #1 for me
I haven’t found anything that compares to this Kiehl’s lip balm #1. It moisturizes my lips without being heavy. Staying power is great too. I keep on buying again & again. 🥰

Dried my lips out so bad they bled
This product dried my lips out so bad that they bled. I tried to use it several times thinking it was me but nothing else irritates my lips like this. I cannot for the life of me figure out how the reviews are as high as they are. This is hands down the most drying product I have ever purchased.

A staple
My go-to for years! You can never go wrong with Kiehl’s and can trust that they use clean ingredients. Is for all day wear but I put this on before bed and notice a difference in my lips. Worth the price and love the packaging since you could just squeeze it out til the last drop, you can get so many uses out of one tube. If you’re thinking about it - get it!

Cute tube packaging and easy to use. Not working so well. The moisturiser too light. Smell good. No toxic ingredients. Price is a bit higher than regular lip moisturiser

DIFFERENT PRODUCT
DO NOT BUY THE NEW FORMULATION!!! I ordered a three pack and an devastated by the new formula. I have my old trusty tube from last year and I’m going to cut it open to get every last drop. Please Kiehls change it back!!! This was my all time favorite lip product and now it’s garbage.
