Warning: Caused Skin Irritation

I received a sample of this in the Kiehls Advent Calendar. I used it for three days and under my left eye it is swollen red, dry and itchy. I came in the website and am super shocked to see so many similar stories in the reviews! Why are you still selling this with so many issues Kiehls? My skin is not sensitive and does well with every other Kiehls product I use. I would recommend avoiding this product if you are considering buying it. I have an appointment at my eye doctor tomorrow as a result of using it.

Poor packaging

This product started out great. It should never have been put in a pump format as it wastes a lot and only exasperates the oxidation process. It was originally in a tube with a cap and that's how it should be. Kiehl's does products right but packaging wrong most of the time. I won't buy it again until They stop wasting our money on bad packaging.
