Poor Quality Fabric

This top has textured fabric that is not very soft and doesn't seem to breathe well, it also makes the garment look cheap. The sleeves also were a little short on me at 5'5". The cut and flower design are pretty, but returned because of the fabric used. Similar issue with pink flower top.
