My Wife Coat Never Came

I ordered your product through Macy's online service. My Order # 4641235554_ my wife coat that I ordered never arrived within 3 to 6 business days after I purchased it on September 10, 2025 and I've yet to receive it. UPS delivery service is so unreliable. Why Macy's continue using this service provider is beyond reasoning. I continue to have trouble receiving my ordered items from Macy's when they use UPS. The customer is left to troubleshoot the issue.
