Kipling rolling back pack
Don't waist your money on this brand, I was super excited when I first purchased this bag for my 12 yr old daughter. This brand at one point in time was a high quality product, but the only thing High now is the price. the wheels no longer roll. I spend more than I intended to but I thought i was getting a quality item, that would last a couple of years, but this did not last one school year, and now I am shopping once more for a rolling backpack.
Good little pack
I had been eying this backpack roller for a while, with the intention to use as a travel personal item. But the opening is very stiff and not what I expected. The backpack straps can be tucked away in a slip pocket toward the back of the bag when using it as a roller. The wheels have no cover when wearing it as a backpack.
Kipling
The bag is nice and beautiful but the wheels are too small. I am going to return it.
Bad wheels
The wheels lasted less than 2 months, but over 30 days. I guess that they know exactly how long the wheels will last. Replacing the wheels will require significant work to drill out rivets assuming I can find an aftermarket supplier. Kipling does not provide replacement wheels. This is really a shame because otherwise it is a well constructed backpack.

This is a great piece to carry your essentials for work and elevate the strain from your back and shoulders. Highly recommend!

The strap torn off the first week of school . I love this brand and not expect this to happened!
Do not waste your money
I used to buy Kipling every year for the grandkids, but not anymore. I bought the backpack on rollers in May and when my granddaughter used it for two weeks in September 2025 the seam broke. I contacted Kipling and they would not honor their warranty. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY>
Great features.
I bought this a month ago. I received a great discount. I'm glad that I did. I don't have to carry it with my shoulder pulling it along is much easier.
