I have literally used this bag all over the world and it is still going strong, an unexpected great surprise. I needed an under the seat rolling bag because I can't lift overhead. The only seats it doesn't fit under are those little prop planes but with the help of a gentleman, we can get it into the overhead if needed (those overheads are weirdly shaped). I don't love the backpack straps, they have to tuck into the fabric on the backside and don't clamp in, in the case I wanted to check this bag, I have fears it won't be ok with those straps but otherwise it's a great bag. the buckles on the straps are made of heavy plastic without a great quick mechanism for taking from a rolling bag to a backpack, the wheels do touch your clothes and is uncomfortable if you do attempt to make it a backpack, but I don't use it like that anyway so it is great. my mini laptop fits into the front zipper compartment for easy TSA. I can get all my carry on items into this bag and absolutely love.

This backpack holds a lot of stuff and I can find it easily. Because of wide pockets It has wheels so the pack rolls great!
Just perfect!
This backpack is everything I was looking for! I work as a preschool teacher, so I was looking for a backpack that fit everything I need for my activities that I sometimes take from home to school. This is what I loved about the rolling-backpack Kipling : the space is ample without compartments which is ok because, it has three additional closures to put things but spacious the compartment in front has Velcro and I use it to put things that I occupy quickly as a charger for my cell phone, the tires serve to avoid carrying something that can be heavy, and also adapts to any height to take it by hand and move it easily. I bought the navy blue, and the silver closures looks pretty. It is expensive, but it looks costly, and of very good quality! I enjoy seeing the looks of admiration towards my Kipling ;)

This is the perfect type of carry on. Specially these days when airlines are so annoying with the size of your carry on. Good material, light.
It's Nice but not WOW
This is a nice bag very roomy and light weight and fits under airplane seat. Disappointed that the zippers are plastic for the money. I could've bought a Michael Kors for the same money with metal zippers. Well see how long it lasts.
Disappointed
Bought this bag 7 weeks ago had a tear on the inside was advised to send it back to manufacture for replacement still waiting. I was told this was a good brand that had a good reputation so far I have not seen that yet
A perfect and convenient travel companion!
This backpack is the perfect substitute for a personal item/bag for traveling. It carried all of what I have in a purse and more. I was able to fit my snacks and a water bottle/flask. It fits under the seat in the plane. It is lightweight backpack with no stress on shoulders or arms.
