Missing piece

When we were putting the item together one of the back panels were missing, so I called Macy’s.com and they said since it was a third party they could only provide me with a phone number which it was busy all day so I emailed the vendor and received a response quickly. They explained that the part was unavailable and could only send me a replacement. So let’s see if it arrives?
