Broke after 4 years
Bought this about 4 years ago. Fuse went bad and it no longer works. KitchenAid refuses to fix it even after you jump through all the hoops to talk to anyone.

What I wanted
Only disappointment is in the lid, when grating products the rotation of the blade forces product into a triangular recess in the.lid by the entry chute requires a skewer or knife to clean.

Multifunctional device that replaces many things
I use it for cutting, chopping, and grating. The best thing is everything fits back so you never lose parts.

Perfect addition to the kitchen
I bought the 7 cup Food Processor to replace and older unit, and I wish I had done it sooner. Its more powerful, more compact, and easier to clean. I'm a fan of the magnetic connection when attaching it, no more annoying catches.

Lovely Machine
This was my first food processor. Loved the size, easy/intuitive to use. Love that there is no twisting involved to lock the bowl and the lid into place. Latch that holds the lid down broke pretty early on, but simply holding lid down solved that. Then daughter used it, well, tried to use it to chop up dates. Motor burned up/froze up, not sure which, but only solution to that problem is to replace. Getting a larger model with more bells and whistles, but will not be allowing dates anywhere near it!

A Game Changer in the Kitchen!
Highly recommend! I wish I had purchased one sooner. The KitchenAid food processor makes meal prep so much quicker and easier, and the quality is excellent.
