ACCESS DENIED

The spatula is fine, however shortly after ordering, I started getting an error message when trying to access Macy's website. It started after changing modems. I have no VPNs, have cleared cache/cookies and rebooted. Switched browsers.. nothing works. Macy's tech support offered no resolution other than to say "you must remove all VPNs"
