Very bad experience

The main piece is damaged, but I have already assembled it. So there is no way I can return it. I have called twice to customer service. The first time, the guy offered me a $25 gift card. The second time, other guy said the third party sales will contact me. Until now, in the middle of nowhere. I have been a customer for Macys for the past 15 years, this is the first time to have such a horrible experience.
