Never received the order
It's the first time I found out Macy's uses Door Dash to make delivery. and of course it was delivered to the wrong address. After I followed the instructions to call dashline by talking to 4 different customer service people. They told me there's nothing they could do. I have to contact Macy's for refund. Now I have to wait for around 11 days to see if I can get my refund back.

Absolutely Love this moisturizer
I’m obsessed with this moisturizer! Yeah, it’s a bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it. My skin is super sensitive, and I’ve tried a ton of moisturizers that just leave me looking patchy red. But this one It’s amazing! I wake up with nice glow.
Lovely Texture, But Unsure It Justifies the Price
La Mer’s Moisturizing Soft Cream definitely feels luxurious—velvety, lightweight, and cooling on the skin. It works beautifully as a night cream, leaving my face soft and hydrated. That said, it is extremely pricey, and while it does offer nice hydration, I’m not entirely convinced it delivers results above and beyond other high-end moisturizers. To me, it has a subtle scent that reminds me of baby powder—not unpleasant, but worth noting if you’re sensitive to fragrance. Overall, it’s a beautiful cream that adds moisture and feels indulgent, but I’m still debating whether it’s worth the splurge long-term. I got the smallest size and I’m almost done about one month in, and I’m not sure if I’ll continue to purchase.
