La Rochere's Versailles 9 ounce coffee / tea cups are classic in design, elegant and sturdy. The design is inspired by the baroque splendor and magnificent gardens of the Palace of Versailles. Steeped in tradition La Rochere is the oldest glass factory in France. The pieces are fired at a very high temperatures producing an exceptional quality glass that is crystal clear and durable, easy to clean and dishwasher safe. A pressure seam is sometimes visible, which is the mark left by the mould in which the glass is pressed. It is the characteristic of pressed machine glass, symbolizing its French heritage.

bad qualiry nor dishwasher safe

They chip in dishwasher. Ita a thick glass whcih genwrally should not chip easily.

Elegant and durable.

These coffee cups look chic and elegant, yet they are very durable. I use them daily and for tea or coffee, when having guests over. I just wish they would come in a bigger size as well, they are a bit small. Still, I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it!
