Very Disappointing

I have never purchased a piece of jewelry online and now I know why. I ordered a bracelet for my wife for Valentines Day on 2/6. It was shipped from NY to NY. I did not receive it until 2/13 and the tracking was terrible in today's standards. I opened the box which showed no signs of damage and one of the stones came off the mount and floating in the ziplock bag. That just means no one could care less to check before shipping. I had to scramble today to find a new gift. Honestly, we loved to shop at Macys during the holidays but this will be my last purchase because I know that nothing will be done to replace my time spent. Sorry Macys
