Lacking a box

The earrings were for a gift. They weren't really expensive but not cheap either. There was no box they were just stuck on a card. The earrings are lovely but I was disappointed that they didn't come with a box for gifting.

I opened the earrings I ordered and the posts are badly bent. I will not attempt to straighten them fearing they may break.

Awful shipping

These earrings came loose in a large soft bubble ups envelope with no box or protection. The posts were sticking out of the plastic envelope and completely bent having traveled across across the country by ups ground. They are unusable right before Xmas.

Beautiful earrings, poor packaging

The earrings were beautiful but they were shipped in a padded FedEx envelope. They were not placed in a small box before putting them in the envelope and were damaged during shipping. The back on both earrings were bent, had to return them to a store.
