horrible the worst customer service Ive evef hadr.

twice they changed my delivery address (emailing the change notices.to other addrsses Ive never heard of). Twice calljng custkner service I wasbtold not to worry that the order was cancelled. it was not cancelled. but was apparently delivered to one of these other addresses. i requested a refund. two tknes Ivqasbtoldbthat thevrefundcwas.processed, ivwouldvreceicecanvenail confirmation withjn an hour. no confirmation ever came. instead i received an email today saying refund was denied because item had been successfully delivered (sknewhere) DO NOT EVER ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM MACYS

Best Sheets Ever!

These are the only sheets my son’s family and I use! Most sheets today are cheap microfiber. These cotton sheets have a crisp texture because they’re percale.

No regrets . I love these sheets .

Great sheets. They arrive feeling slick but when you wash them they feel more like cotton . I have bought these sheets multiple times . Some people say they don’t like wrinkles but I don’t mind them . They feel thicker than other sheets I’ve bought . I gave them as gift to grown kids and they said these are their favorite sheets too . Black Friday was great price . I bought 4 sets total to save for later and give as gifts.

Can’t review

I can’t review this because I never received it- even though I set the correct address in the order (and my order details show the correct address), Macy’s shipped it to my old address that I set 5 years ago. So, whoever received it, I consider it an advent act of charity.
