MACYS LOST MY ENTIRE ORDER

THIS WAS PART OF A HUGE ORDER THAT MACYS LOST AND OFFERED NOTHING BUT A REFUND OR TO REORDER. WHY WOULD I REORDER SOMETHING THEY CANNOT SHIP? USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Toddler hat

This hat is WAY too small! Do you not have quality control? It would be comical if I didn’t have the hassle of doing a return. Definitely do not recommend.
