very bad customer service

The shoes were placed incorrectly in the box, it seems that someone had already tried them. I asked to exchange them for some that Badie had used and the person who helped me in the store responded no, that if I didn't feel comfortable I could return them and go to another store.

Purchase at store

The situation is when I claimed for my sisze was not available. After that, I had to pirchase to be send it by mail. After almost a month the shoes arrived. Too much time waiting. That is not service.
