Poor packaging design

I love this product but the packaging is a glass tube of serum inside a glass bottle. I purchase this product in August and recently my cat jumped on the counter and knocked the bottle over. The exterior was ok but the glass vial inside shattered and I was left with broken shards of glass mixed by into the serum. $200 down the drain. This is the second time I have had this experience so won’t be buying this again unfortunately.

The absolute best skin care!!

I have been using Lancôme for most of my adult life. People ask me all the time what I use on my skin because they are shocked when I tell them I’m sixty-five! A long time ago I was a cosmetologist and I learned then Lancôme was the best!! I use absolue for the last 6 years - I absolutely love it 100%
