The Lancome associate, Esteban, at Northpark Mall turned me on to Absolue, and I cannot thank him enough! I noticed a difference in my fine lines within days of using this! And while I’m not always a fan of scented products, I very much love how this smells. 10/10! 🙌

Saved My Winter Skin

I switched to this set since last Dec when my skin started dealing with dryness, redness, and flaking, especially on my cheeks. I was looking for something more nourishing and supportive for the colder months. The serum and moisturizer have been the real standouts for me. Both feel deeply hydrating and comforting without being heavy, and they’ve helped calm my skin and improve the flakiness and redness I was experiencing. My skin feels softer, more balanced, and less reactive overall. The eye cream is fine, but I personally didn’t notice a significant difference from it. That said, I genuinely enjoy the set overall and will definitely continue repurchasing the serum and moisturizer. They’ve become my go-to winter staples.

NEVER RECEIVED

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed my order on 2/7, and the Macy’s website states that it was delivered on 2/10. That is absolutely not true — I never received my order. I called Macy’s on February 15th and was told that I would receive it that same day. Unfortunately, the order still has not arrived. This situation is very frustrating and unacceptable. Customers rely on accurate delivery tracking and honest communication. Showing an order as “delivered” when it was not creates unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I expect a prompt investigation and resolution to this issue.

added fragrance

I don't know why Lancome has to add a strong fragrance to all their facial creams-if it wasn't for that I would recommend most of them. All the dermatologist I have ever seen recommend unscented beauty products along with the latest literature on healthy skin care. Also, all high end effective facial creams/serums that u can only buy from a doctors office are unscented! The "cleaner" the products are the better! ALSO, there are many highly effective products out there that are not ridiculously expensive!! Would like it if Lancome representative could explain why the need for for adding these offensive scents to their skin care products?

Perfect for winter skin

I got this in a gift with purchase - (so glad they do gifts with purchase to try otherwise we'll never know). I love this for winter skin - it's the best I've tried. Will be buying this every winter as my go to - hopefully they'll have sets available at a good price.
