Never received

Never received item.contacted Macy's FIVE times, and was told I would get a refund in 7-10 business, every time. Never even received a confirmation email. So frustrating.

Can't use

The person that I live with doesn't like the smell, and/ or that it lingers after I've left the room. It doesn't seem to smell the same as when I started using it years ago. I was giving it another try, but I want anymore after this one. A waste of my money and I can't wear it
