Ouch!

Swam 1/2 mile in the pool with this tankini. Pros: it didn't ride up horribly while doing backstroke or freestyle; straps are comfortable; overall shape is good. Stays put when diving. Cons: ends of the underwire poked me in the side and arm while swimming - not comfortable. Will have to take underwire out before it is used again. This is probably why it was so inexpensive.

Pleasantly surprised!

I have a variety of Lands' End suit tops in the soft cup (size D) but those are just too big for me and even fold over in front. Not good! I have stated to representatives that just because one is plus sized, does not mean they are larged busted. A suit with a C cup would be nice. This said, I looked at this suit top in the bag and figured the cup would be way too big again. I am thankfully wrong! It's a good fit even with the underwire (only a bit large) and the length is not way too long for my height. I am 5', 3" tall and short waisted. My only negative (if you will) is the shade of aqua borders on toothpaste mint. I would like to see this top in bright and jewel tones. I plan to use it with my black bottoms. Time will tell if I experience some of the problems listed by other reviewers.

Wish the picture matched the suit

I wish the picture in the magazine matched the suits. Shopping for plus sized and the picture in the magazine is v neck and get ti the suit and it’s strait across and not the pattern. We plus sized women need more. I’d buy tons of suits if you have me the same options as a smaller person. I do think if you’re lucky enough to find a suit you like it will be the best suit in your wardrobe. I get compliments on my lands end suits all the time and I tell them it’s the best suits made, but no options. Come on lands end do better. Btw an app would be stellar as well. One more thing even though I buy tons of stuff from you I never can get in as me and always have to check out as guest. From a good customer
