Never buying from Macy's again!

My packages were sent to the wrong address. I ordered items off of a gift registry, along with a personal item. All items were to be sent to my address. Instead, they were all sent to the bride. The boxes arrived damaged. I am NEVER buying from Macy's again. I am SO VERY UPSET BY THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
