Terrible experience with the dress and

I ordered an evening dress that arrived damaged from the tail and with a very bad smell. When I returned it, they sent it back to me again after removing the tag, and this time it was cut in the chest area as well! I tried to return it again, they took the dress but never refunded my money or returned the dress. Every time I contacted them, they just kept saying “wait 7 days” until the return period was over. This has been a very upsetting experience for me, especially because the dress was very expensive, I paid with my credit card, and now I don’t even know how I will cover the payment. It caused me a lot of stress and disappointment. Worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.

Zipper gets stuck

Dress is very pretty but the zipper gets stuck at the peplum and won’t zip up. Even when I took it off I had a hard zipping it up to hang it
