Just ok

The purse is fhe size I was looking. Compact and small. Leather is of good quality and seems sturdy. I also like that it has internal zipper compartment and card slots. However I do not like that the shoulder strap is not adjustable. I am on the petite/short side and feel like the bag hangs too low on my shoulder. I also dont like the larger bronze color chain link and hardware. It almost looks like an old or discolored gold tone metal and gives it a rather cheap look. If it had a different strap, I might have kept it. But will be returning.

Asking for review when I haven't even received it

I was supposed to get it on 12/24 and today is 12/29 and still no answer on the purse, they don't even let me get a refund, said I have to wait until January 1st to see what's going to happen. Not happy with this situation
