Unacceptable

You need to either define what method is being used for shipping or decline P.O. Box addresses. Neither was done. You shipped it UPS who does not delver to a P.O. Box and they delivered it to someone else. As a result, I never got my package.

Love Them!

I’m a size 9 in boots and luckily I read the reviews and ordered 9.5 size and they fit perfectly. They are so stylish and comfortable, I walked around for hours in these with no problem.
