Colors are very dark

The colors are not like the picture are very very dark. It's a good design but the red one is not a red is burgundy and doesn't have the button on the back. Is for fall no winter

Inconsistent sizing

Coat was nice in general but fit doesn't make sense. XXL too big and XL too small. Inconvenient and disappointing for Ralph Lauren.

Warobe staple

LOVE this jacket in Black! Looks so good with jeans or slacks! I wear it to work all the time! Light weight but a nice warm layer. Tucks in at the waist for a super flattering look. Not boxy like so many others. Length is perfect. Right at the thigh. True to size.

The jacket was nasty, had to return, the jacket also had hard tag on it, which the store has to removed, very disappointed w/ Macys for sending something to a coustomer so filty

Color is way off!

As another viewer point out, this "fire brick red" is definitely burgundy! Very disappointed. Please make the description and color right that is crucial for online shopping customers.

Unimpressed

I ordered the Vicuna color. It is much darker than pictured...almost a tobacco brown. It is going to be returned. Also I have noticed a size inconsistency in Lauren lately. I have a very similar quilted Lauren coat in a medium and it fits just fine. I had to order a large as the medium was too small in this coat. Quite inconvenient.

Never again

I brought this jacket for my wife as a Christmas present. When it arrived I was immediately dissatisfied due to it being so light and the color is completely off. I ordered this jacket in the fire brick red color but it looks more so burgundy.

Coat looks good but not sure is the New one.

I like quality and design of this coat but i give it 3 starts because I’ve been waiting to receive this item a bit longer than the other orders that I purchased at the same time but the point is, it looks like other customers just returned this coat to Macy’s and they sent it right through me with obviously strong perfume scent and no plastic cover the coat and no price tag. When i check this coat in Macy’s website with my color and size choice, it’s still available. So that means Macy’s should have the new LRL coat in their store. So disappointed to receive with this packing condition.
