Comes up short, again

Too short! Intended as a Valentine gift for my slender lady. Length appropriate for a child. Additionally, tiny lobster clasp requires an assistant. One of two styles purchased. Both with the same shortcomings.

Pretty, Clasp broke

I loved it on, but when I went to wear it on for the 1st time, the clasp fell apart. So sad about it!
