I searched for "flat bed pillow" and this showed up. It is fatter than the fattest hotel pillow I've ever seen and unusable for me. Buyer beware.
Great Firm Pillow
I have been searching for the right firm pillow and have finally found it! It supports my neck and is the right amount of density. A great purchase. I am a back sleeper who has had difficulty finding the right pillow that isn't too soft. It took me a while but now I don't wake up with any neck pains. Highly recommend!!

Disappointed – uneven filling and empty corners
I’ve always liked Ralph Lauren and trusted the quality of their bedding. It’s a big brand and I’ve never worried about product quality before. But this time I’m really disappointed with these pillows. The filling is not even at all, and all four corners of every pillow are completely empty. I left them out for two days thinking they might regain their shape after being compressed during shipping, but nothing changed. You can also feel obvious lumps inside the pillow, as if the filling is separated into pieces. Additionally, the product photos are overly polished and do not match the actual pillows I received. Overall, this is far below the quality I expected from Ralph Lauren.
Ralph Lauren Alternate down extra firm pillow
These pillows did not feel very extra firm to me. I have an old RL pillow that was never used and it is very firm, These would be more just firm but not like they used to be. I ordered two pillows, one was less full than the other but I decided I did not want to bother sending them back.
