Order issue

I placed order two time first time I got wrong color I returned it. Second time I placed order after 3 days I got email your order is shipped. I waited 10 days never got it. Then I called customer service they said you will get on 18. I never got it. Then I waited another week. but never got it. Finally I called customer service again. They said this pant never shipped. And they are out of order.

Poor Craftsmanship

Nice material and fit my husband well. The hem fell out of one of the legs after the first wear. He has several other Ralph Lauren trousers that have held up much better. Not pleased with these. Purchased the kakhi color, which, when arrived, was lighter in color than what was pictured online. Looking back, I should not have paid full price. Not worth it.
