Product quality buttonholes don’t match up

Buttons don’t match buttonholes! the result is that the jacket hikes up about a half an inch because the buttons are in the wrong places. I took the jacket back to Macy’s and they could not fix it for me. So I had to spend extra money taking it to a tailor to have the buttons moved so they matched the button holes!!
