Collins Dress Boots

I initially placed an order for theses boots on December 31, 2025 I received a shipping confirmation with a delivery date initially scheduled for January 8th. The tracking notification stated a delay with next delivery date scheduled for January 9th. No delivery ever happened, tracking showed UPS never received the item. And so I waited. A week later, I called Customer Service and they could clearly see the boots were never shipped and so they expedited another order for me. I just received them on January 20, 2026 and they are truly a gorgeous pair of boots. The strangest of all was seeing in my purchase history that the first set of boots now show delivered when they were not, nor did UPS ever receive them, hence the reason for a 1 Star review. This surely was a very dissapointing experience.

Great Ralph Lauren Boots

I love these boots. I got a black pair for a Christmas gift and liked them so well, I bought a pair in brown. They are very comfortable regardless of the higher heel. The toes are roomy and has a more rounded toe. They are super stylish and cool.

Beautiful Well Made Ralph Lauren Booties

As always, Ralph Lauren hits the nail on the head. These booties are very well made. The leather is beautiful as is the hardware, heel and sole. It's a high heel, so you might want to break in the shoes while wearing a medium thickness sock to ensure the toe box stretches a bit before wearing it for a long day of walking. I bought the lighter brown and it goes perfectly with all my Ralph Lauren clothing. Love it.
