Runs Large, Size Down

I ordered a size 4. My details are: 5'8", 140 lbs, 27.5" waist, 38.5" hip, 35.5" bust. I typically wear a size 4/6, and the pants were sagging at the waist and the jacket too large in the body. Runs very large!
