Doesn't keep my daughter's interest
My 3 year old really likes these when she plays with them but unfortunately it's not a toy she reaches for often or plays with for very long, it doesn't seem to keep her interest.

easy to travel with
After I received these birds and nests I packed them up in a small bag and put it in my car. Since then, I pull the bag out anytime we are somewhere that involves waiting (restaurant, doctor's office, etc.) The other day I needed an oil change and had my two sons (ages 2 and 4.5) with me. We took them inside. My older son helped my younger son sort all the birds into their nest. He talked to him about the colors. They used them in dramatic play, having them fly around to different nests and talk to other birds. When my car was finished they were so engaged that they didn't want to leave. The toys are brightly colored and engaging. The birds are soft and easy to grip. They pack up nicely and don't take up much space at all. The big bird has a hole underneath that's just the right size for a little finger, making the flying bird game pretty fun.

Colorful and bright!
"Match the mama bird to her baby birds. Sequence colors in rows and patterns to complete. Collect each color and sort them into six nests." Guided play is a pre-school must-have. This sorting set helps imaginations sparkle. Watch the happiness spread across your kids face when they get the pattern right! This toy brings about those little ah-ha moments you'll remember. It's a pop of color for the classroom.

Birds in a nest
This is good for kids that do not stick things in their mouths, as the birds are smal.
