Bad Vendor

First, these boots are beautiful but they were too tight at the toebox for my wife. She would have gladly exchanged them for a bigger size, but it was not available, so unfortunately, she returned them. She received an email that they were returned in damaged, unsellable condition, which is a lie. They were returned in the same manner as received, in good condition. We contacted the seller and explained this and stated that if they are not going to refund our money, kindly send the boots back. This was stated so they can recheck the boots and see that they are in good, sellable condition, and never worn. Today, we received the boots back, but they appeared worn. I contacted Macy's, and they did nothing. Beware of third-party vendors. We got scammed out of our money, and now we have boots that don't fit. Never again.
