It’s my second order of the Lenox 8-person dinnerware set. A year ago, I ordered the full set for myself, along with additional Lenox items. This time, I ordered it for my sister. The packaging was awesome, and everything arrived safely.
Broken pieces!
I finally decided to buy this, got it Saturday open it on Sunday ( days off) excited but One plates is broken disappointed went to the store to see if they have any to replace One plate associates just told me to returned the whole order! After I waited for weeks for it..I would give 5 stars but I’m just disappointed the way the packaging was, should have bubble wrap it..

I actually placed a review regarding the 24pc meadow set just received order and was so underwhelmed and puzzled. The print was dull not as bright as pictured. Put dishes away. I started going through reviews as one customer did a side by side of old set and newly purchased set and showed flaw. This is not original print. The by Louise de Luyer is not on the back and these are poor replica prints of original. Shame on Lenox. Yes the price is low because the quality is off. Thank goodness for returns... buyers remorse is real.

Gorgeous but Disappointed
I purchased the 50 piece dinner set however the box was missing 50% of the items. I am very disappointed as Macy's was unable to fulfill the missing pieces

So very pretty
Oh my god so pretty so well made so very nice so gave my kids my old brand new dishes and kept these for myself. Love the warranty love the price for the price you receive fifty pieces with a Lifet warranty as long as they are still making you design and can use them as everyday dishes which is what I’m using them for and special occasion dishes only but they’re my special occasion dishes to because they are so pretty. So yep I’m in love with these dishes so if you need me I’ll be in my kitchen looking at my dishes

Some have slight imperfections on the bottom.
The quality of this set is noticeably inferior to the one I purchased at Costco. Furthermore, the bottoms of several of the bowls and plates have slight imperfections. It was quite a disappointing purchase; I would like to return it, but given the large quantity and considerable weight of the items, it would be very difficult to transport them back for a return.
