Please ship my product it’s been weeks

Macy’s hasn’t even shipped this and I ordered it 12 days ago. They emailed me that I could return for free as a gift.. what on earth? I just want what I paid for, I’ll improve the rating if this teapot not longer becomes transparent, as of now it’s invisible and water slips right through

False Advertising

Hard to review when it hasn't been delivered. Upon purchases, identified 3 to 5 business days for delivery. FALSE. Purchased on the 12th, now the 20 and currently saying another 10 days for possible delivery. Would have went else where if they told the truth.

Haven’t received- over a week late at this point

You reached out to me for a review. I have not received this yet, should have been here about a week ago. I called Macy’s customer service today (which is off-shore and hard to understand, by the way), and was told it should arrive tomorrow. We’ll see. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
