Extremely disappointed. Broken on arrival.

Total waste of money and time. I ordered two of these Butterfly Meadow Oval Bakers, and BOTH arrived shattered into pieces. It’s clear that the warehouse did a terrible job with the packaging - fragile porcelain was shipped with almost no padding. I expected much better quality control from this store. It seems the store has learned nothing from the previous damaged shipment. The packaging is absolutely inadequate for fragile porcelain. It’s a shame because the product itself is beautiful, but the shipping service is a disaster. Photos attached.
