Beautiful but arrived broken

I wish there was a way to receive a replacement rather than having to return this set. The other 2 bowls look fine. The bowl in the middle arrived broken. Ver disappointed but these things happen. The small box the bowls were in were in a larger box which held other items and easily moved around. Gave it s as 4 because it’s a lovely little set if only one of the pieces was not broken. I think they would have been packed better to prevent breakage. I will try to order again in the hopes the next set arrives intact.

Love the French Perle Groove design

The French Perle Groove design is even prettier in person and yet casual enough for everyday use. The plates and bowls are made very sturdy and seem to withstand my clumsy bumps against the edge of the countertop when taking them in and out of the dishwasher.

Arrived Broken

I wish I could upload the picture. The very top bowl was in pieces. I didn't even lift out of the box. I have only ever received a broken item from Macy's once before in the last 30 years! I am annoyed, however, because I have to go to a UPS store or Macy's to return. From what I can tell, the bowls are very sweet looking.

Classic /transitional dishes

I have added to my collection of Lenox French Perle Groove dishes periodically. They do not chip and retain their new look after years of use. The coffee mugs are a favorite. I recently bought a large, beautiful serving bowl.

Item is slightly different in mold and tea stain from direct Lenox product. I needed to match my original Lenox product. So returning.
